By using Impressify ("Service" or "Services"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Impressify ("Company") reserves the right to update and change these Terms without notice. These Terms are a binding contract between you and the Company. You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don`t have the right to use the Services. Your using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, which will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the Privacy Policy. Violating any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

As an Impressify User:

• 1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and activation code. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• 2. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• 3. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• 4. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

Your use of the Services is subject to the following additional restrictions

You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute content to the Service or otherwise use the Services or interact with the Services in a manner that:

• 1. Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including Impressify);
• 2. Violates any law or regulation, including, without limitation, any applicable export control laws;
• 3. Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• 4. Jeopardizes the security of your Impressify and LinkedIn account or anyone else`s (such as allowing someone else to log in to the Services as you);
• 5. Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the activation code, account, or other security information from any other user;
• 6. Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Services.
• A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for terminating your right to use or access the Services.

The look and feel of the Service is copyright© to the Company. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company.

General Conditions

• 1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• 2. You understand that the Company uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
• 3. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service.
• 4. You must not modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or the Company.
• 5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by the Company.
• 6. We may, but have no obligation to remove accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, violate any party`s intellectual property or these Terms of Service, or we believe to use the Service to spam other users or services.
• 7. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Service customer, Company employee will result in immediate account termination.
• 8. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
• 9. The Company does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
• 10. You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
• 11. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and the Company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

By using our Services, you agree to the LinkedIn Terms of Service.

Service Credit Terms

These Impressify Service Credit Terms (“Service Credit Terms”) are an agreement between you and Impressify, and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any credit redeemable for our Services (“Service Credit”).

• 1. We may offer the option to prepay for certain Services through the purchase of credits (“Prepaid Service Credits”). Prepaid Service Credits represent the amount you have paid in advance for use of the respective Services. Additional terms may apply to specific Services.
• 2. We may also offer Service Credits free of charge as part of a promotional program rather than for purchase (“Promo Service Credits”). Promo Service Credits will not be applied against any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction based taxes that may be applicable to you.
• 3. Service Credits are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value; have no equivalent value in fiat currency; do not act as a substitute for fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer upon you any personal property right. Service Credits are non-transferable and may be used only in connection with the applicable Service.
• 4. All sales of Services, including sales of prepaid Services, are final. Service Credits are not refundable and expire one year after the date of purchase or issuance if not used, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
• 5. In the event that the Company ceases operations or discontinues our Services, any remaining Prepaid Service Credits and Promo Service Credits will not be refunded and will expire immediately. This clause prevails over any other terms regarding the expiration and refundability of Service Credits.
• 6. Your available Service Credit balance may be reviewed in your Impressify browser extension popup. You are solely responsible for verifying that the proper amount of Service Credits has been added to or deducted from your balance. Your Service Credit balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.
• 7. We prohibit and do not recognize any purported transfers, sales, gifts, or trades of Service Credits. Evidence of any attempt to use, sell, or transfer Service Credits in any manner violates these Service Credit Terms and may result in revocation, termination, or cancellation of the Service Credits and/or your use of the Services without refund and/or immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the Terms, including suspending or terminating your Service Credit balance.
